QuickBooks Enterprise 2018: Silver, Gold, or Platinum Plans.
  1. Returns: You have the right to return QuickBooks Enterprise Software  for a refund within 60 days of the purchase date.  If you don’t return within 60-days, you agree to pay the full 12 month subscription.
  2. CMA Accounting and Consulting, Inc.   4. Downloaded Software is an authorized direct download from Intuit.com secure servers.  To download your product, CLICK HERE.  You’ll receive your login via email.  Your license is usually available the same day as your order.  Expediting available upon request.
  5. Pricing & Billing:In year one, starting at sign up, you will receive the relevant discount, if any, off the current list price of your annual subscription to QuickBooks Enterprise 2018.  After year one, your credit card account on file will be charged automatically every year unless and until you cancel.  After year one, the amount charged to your card will be the then-current price unless you originally purchased your subscription with a “Lifetime Discount” (Either A) 20%; or B) 12.5% for 11-users or more).  If you originally purchased your subscription with a “Lifetime Discount”, your  discount percentage will be applied to the then-current price of the QuickBooks Enterprise subscription (discount percentage not to exceed A) 20%; or B) 12.5% for 11-users or more).   Your Lifetime Discount will terminate if you modify your subscription due to non-payment, cancellation, user or service changes, or otherwise.
  6. Product Service Interruption: Your service begins at time of sign up and continues through to the expiration date of your QBES subscription.  If you cancel your subscription, you will have access to your company file, but you will no longer have access to QuickBooks Enterprise and all services that are included with your subscription.
  7. We reserve right to cancel or refund any orders placed on our site.
  8. Discounts and pricing subject to Intuit’s deadlines.
  9. Version Protection – Upgrade to QuickBooks Enterprise 2019 from Intuit if released within 1-year of purchase (Usually in Fall).

General Conditions

For any eligible return, please keep all original packaging material.  All hardware must be in original, like new, condition.  Any manual or CD must be included with any eligible return.  Customer must contact us in advance of any return for an RMA number, and we will provide you the address to ship your returned hardware and materials.  If these conditions are not met, your return will be rejected.  Customer to pay any return shipping fees.    Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed under the original form of payment.  Restocking/license cancellation fee of 6% of purchase price on all refunded or returned software or hardware.

QuickBooks Point of Sale Software

You have the right to return QuickBooks Point of Sale Software for a refund within 60 days of the order date.  The warehouse must receive it no later than the 60th day.  Following Intuit protocol, if you purchase software as part of a bundle package price with a computer, the entire bundle is non-returnable.  Only POS software that’s currently available for purchase from Intuit is returnable.

Point of Sale Hardware

You have the right to return Point of Sale hardware within 30 days of the order date.  The warehouse must receive it no later than the 30th day.  Please see exceptions below (HP computers and bundles, monitors, non-HP computers, and touchscreens are specifically non-returnable).  Following Intuit protocol, if you purchase hardware as part of a bundle package price with a computer, the entire bundle is non-returnable.

Point of Sale Supplies

You have the right to return POS supplies within 30 days of the order date.  The warehouse must receive it no later than the 30th day.  All returned supplies must be unopened with original packaging and in new condition.

QuickBooks Enterprise Software

You have the right to return QuickBooks Enterprise Software for a refund within 60 days of the order date.   The warehouse must receive it no later than the 60th day.  Cancellation fee of 6% of purchase price on all refunded or returned software.  Only Enterprise software that’s currently available for purchase from Intuit is returnable.

QuickBooks Online, Simple Start, Essentials, Plus

You have the right to return QuickBooks Online Editions for a refund within 60 days of the order date.  If you pay Intuit directly, then Intuit will supply the refund.  Refunds for the Online Editions are subject to Intuit Approval.

Computer Equipment

HP Computers, monitors, and touchscreens are non-returnable; see HP for Warranty information.

Consulting Fees

Any consulting fees paid to us are not refundable.

Other

Important – Please obtain a Case ID each time you call Intuit.  If we need to escalate your issue, a case ID is required.  Also, if your phone connection is dropped, just supply the Case ID when you call back, and you’ll avoid starting over and save time.

In particular, we do collect the information necessary about you to satisfy your requests.  You may supply this information via the telephone, US Post Office, common carriers, electronic mail, face to face, or by completing a form on-line (via the internet).  Any method of communication is inherently subject to certain risks of interception.

Your requests may include, but not limited to: pricing information, quotations, returns, purchases, warranty, payment for product or service, inquiry for service, or inquiry of product.  We also use your information to keep you abreast of product warranties, upgrades, special offers, and other products and services, including those related to the Intuit Reseller Program.  Your information may be disclosed to satisfy a legal subpoena as well as to satisfy any legal matter.

INTUIT SOFTWARE DOWNLOADS & LICENSE DELIVERY

Downloaded Purchases are an authorized direct download from Intuit.com secure servers.

Starting in June 2012, all new Enterprise and POS software orders are downloaded.  You will receive an email with a link to “My Account” at Intuit. Once you login to your account, you will be able to download your products as needed.  Intuit reserves right to change the delivery method; however, this method is most secure thus far, and your product will be available for download on an as needed basis.

Enterprise Training is delivered via logging into your account on Intuit’s servers.

For purchases prior to June, 2012, CDROM Purchases are sold having the Intuit Authentic hologram on the inner ring of the CDROM.
