Enterprise Data Conversion Team
If you are switching to QuickBooks Enterprise, the Data Service team offers limited data conversion service. If switching from QuickBooks Online, there’s a limit of one database conversion per customer. Additional Fees for multiple databases.

- Included for 30 days from order date (subject to Intuit’s license agreement).
- Mon-Fri 6 am – 8pm PST, and Sat-Sun 7 am – 4pm PST

- Mon-Fri 9 am – 9 pm EST; Saturday: 10 am – 6 pm; Closed Sunday.

Important – Please obtain a Case ID each time you call Intuit. If we need to escalate your issue, a case ID is required. Also, if your phone connection is dropped, just supply the Case ID when you call back, and you’ll avoid starting over and save time.
