Terms and Conditions
1Subject to Intuit’s Terms and Conditions for QuickBooks Online Subscriptions.
2Tax - Subject to Sales Tax where applicable.
3Return Policy - Within 60-days of purchase (Prepaid plans only).
4Cancellation - you may cancel your subscription at any time to avoid future payments. Upon cancellation for any reason, you forfeit your data.
5If you cancel your account, don’t pay your monthly fee, or delete your database, your promotional discount is terminated, and you forfeit your data.
6Your account will be cancelled if you do not provide credit card payment to Intuit after your initial subscription period. Trial accounts: 30-days of service. Prepaid plans: after your initial paid term.
7After expiration of any promotional discount, you authorize Intuit to charge your credit card thereafter at the then-current list price, plus applicable sales tax, unless you cancel.
8We reserve right to deny activation of any account with incomplete information.
9One company datafile per subscription. In other words, one set of books per subscription.
10Your payroll subscription fees will also vary based on your monthly employee count.
11This order excludes installation, training, design, setup, data conversion, support, and other fee-based services from us. We offer consulting services under a separate written engagement.
12CMA Accounting and Consulting, Inc. (CMA) is a member of the Intuit Reseller Program. As such, we receive a selling commission from Intuit, Inc if you purchase certain software licenses or services. We will place your order directly with Intuit, Inc. on your behalf. Your use of the software service is regulated by the terms of the end user license agreement which is included with the software. Product warranties, if any, are provided by the manufacturer or publisher of the Products. As such, CMA disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to the warranty of merchantability and the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
