General Conditions for all Returns
For any eligible return, please keep all original packaging material. All hardware must be in original, like new, condition. Any manual or CD must be included with any eligible return. Customer must contact us in advance of any return for an RMA number, and we will provide you the address to ship your returned hardware and materials. If these conditions are not met, your return will be rejected. Customer to pay any return shipping fees. Once your return is accepted, your refund will be processed under the original form of payment. Restocking/license cancellation fee of 6% of purchase price on all refunded or returned software or hardware.
Point of Sale Hardware
You have the right to return Point of Sale hardware within 30 days of the order date. The warehouse must receive it no later than the 30th day. Please see exceptions below (HP computers and bundles, monitors, non-HP computers, and touchscreens are specifically non-returnable). Following Intuit protocol, if you purchase hardware as part of a bundle package price with a computer, the entire bundle is non-returnable.
Point of Sale Supplies
You have the right to return POS supplies within 30 days of the order date. The warehouse must receive it no later than the 30th day. All returned supplies must be unopened with original packaging and in new condition.
QuickBooks Enterprise Software Returns
You have the right to return QuickBooks Enterprise Software for a refund within 60 days of the order date. The warehouse must receive it no later than the 60th day. Cancellation fee of 0% of purchase price on all refunded or returned software. Only Enterprise software that’s currently available for purchase from Intuit is returnable.
QuickBooks Online, Simple Start, Essentials, Plus
You have the right to return QuickBooks Online Editions for a refund within 60 days of the order date. If you pay Intuit directly, then Intuit will supply the refund. Refunds for the Online Editions are subject to Intuit Approval.
HP Computers, monitors, and touchscreens are non-returnable; see HP for Warranty information.
Any consulting fees paid to us are not refundable.
